With the rapid economic development of Guangzhou and the surrounding areas, Huangpu port cargo throughput growing and Huangpu port cargo throughput in Hong Kong amounted to159.968million tons in2009。 Huangpu Port in rapid development, there have some problems, such as integrated service capabilities, inefficiency, and traffic jams. Research implementation of this project is of great significance for strengthening the core competitiveness of Huangpu District and accelerate the construction of "Huangpu wisdom City ".This paper is to solve the problem of congestion of the central city of Huangpu, Optimize the business transport vehicles carrying cases and the delivery box processes are closely associated with the management of terminal. Research and implement related systems interface standards, and use Advanced technologies such as radio frequency identification, container number video recognition, as well as satellite positioning to build a port logistics information service platform. The main contents of the paper includes the following aspects:1. Analyze the current application of RFID technology and the development of RFID in the world. Research the RFID related technologies and standards.2. Research and count the Huangpu Port truck arrival and time and the waiting time raised the comprehensive service capabilities and traffic jam problems of the Huangpu Port.3. According to the problems of Huangpu port, design the RFID smart gate system and the appointment scheduling system and analyze the overall business processes and functional requirements of the system.4. Research the Huangpu Port RFID overall application architecture; Proposed application Interface Specification based on domestic RFID, video recognition and the Smart Gate, and develop the Smart Gate based on this standard. Finally, the system implement the lorry license plate automate identification, the container number automate identification, automatic weighing, and automatic target yard based on the Smart Gate.5. Research and implement the business appointments platform for Huangpu port logistics information service platform related units. This platform including goods appointment, trucks entering schedule SMS sending system and management of trucking.6. Design for the system reliability and security, raise the overall system deployment plan, including hardware selection, software server architecture and web application architecture.
