In the rapid development of urban rail transit today, metro transport systems occupy anincreasingly important position in people’s lives, work, entertainment, especially in ourcountry promote urbanization vigorously now. In the Metro Rail Transit, the subway vehiclemaintenance scheduling management directly determines the quality of metro transportsystem operational effectiveness. However, Chinese rail transport develop slow compared todeveloped countries. Both in technically and management, are based mainly ism.Technological innovations require accumulation lengthy, but it can be related to the use ofadvanced management concept to make great progress. This article analysis from the MetroRail Transit System maintenance scheduling management departure to have a detail analysisof the current use of the major domestic and foreign technology, combined with all thecharacteristics of urban subway transportation system,for the shortcomings of widespreaddistribution of multi-tasking human resources, proposing a subway maintenance departmentdistributed work orders system which is suitable for most occasions using, using improvedgenetic algorithm. While in the maintenance mode, put forward in the major maintenance wayof preventing repair, in order to use the subway running time for a vehicle repair partsinterchangeable, and establish the corresponding parts warehousing and logistics center, canimprove maintenance efficiency. Finally, an example validation, the proposed system cansignificantly reduce the maintenance department maintenance time and improve the overallefficiency of maintenance, make the best of their ability and human resource,While alsobeing able to avoid the development of human factors to consider not comprehensivemaintenance,work orders missing registration and other issues.
