Aircraft maintenance&engineering System is the management information system important faced to the maintenance&engineering department of airline corperation.It manage the different department of aircraft maintenance&engineering system as a whole part with transferring information between each others as for company's taget.The scheduling system give priority role to air material and supplementary role to aircraft.Firstly, as one of the major department of aircraft maintenance system,we analyzed the aircraft maintenance shop schedualing. Then we integrated the Movex ERP system as the platform to develop the scheduling subsystem.There are important theoretical consequences and real value in research shop schedualing problem. Recently, the advance by leaps and bounds in information technology promote the development of research in a new direction and vice versa. Due to the complexity such as constraints, nonlinearity, uncertainty and large scale of scheduling problem, many optimal algorithms like Genetic Algorithm, Stimulant Anneal are developed. we intraduce the theoretical problem of GA, and discuss the design steps with related parameter opterator and its reformative application. The coding issue and operation of algorithm in GA based are given in detail, and do simulation lab in Matlab environment.At last give an introduction of the basic to the Aircraft Maintenance & Engineering System and ERP and the important of shop schedualing.
