Enterprise assets management (EAM) is an information management system of maintenance, repairing, tracing which can be applied in assert denseness enterprise. EAM has been well applied in steel, petroleum, generation electricity, but it has not been popularized in supply electricity industry because there are decentralized assert in power supply enterprise and there are many constraints between devices. The characteristic EAM research in power supply enterprise is not only theory meanings, but also practical importance.System frame is designed to cover the all functions of assert management based on the research of EAM and the characteristic of supply power enterprise in this paper. System data model and table structure in database are devised according to power net topology relation. Two key technologies are investigated thoroughly as follows.One work is the multi-object optimization in designing maintenance schedule. Maintenance schedule model is established based on different object. Network reconstruct algorithm and genetic algorithm are introduced and improved. The feasible solution is added in network reconstruct algorithm to decrease a great deal of infeasible solution and network structure of beyond the constraints to shorten the computing time of power flow. Grefenstette encoding method is adopted in genetic algorithm. Adaptive crossover and mutation ratio are used and the best individual conservation is introduced. A test example is used to validate the effect and practicality of improved genetic algorithm.Another work is the research of workflow management. After the thorough research of workflow management concept, workflow management module is designed to support EAM system in framework and function aspects. A practical example of this module is given based on power supply enterprise common work flow.In the end , the scheme of EAM system for luanping power supply is designed based on datastream developed by infor company. The value of this paper are incarnated.
