With the proliferation of computers, more and more electronic documents produced bypeople every day, most of these electronic documents are scattered in each user’s computer.Itis a great pity that some of this document which is the user’s lessons learned are left out in theuser’s disk, but not share these experiences to others. With the rise of the Internet, informationexchange becomes more important, people need information on electronic document is alsogrowing. But currently online platform which provide electronic document sharing is notmuch, and the document does not meet the growing demand. Therefore, online documentsharing platform came into being.Goal of online sharing platform is to share information and to obtain others’ experience.The platform is aim to provide a way of sharing knowledge and sharing happy. Users on theplatform just click with the mouse can complete the meaningless thing which is long-termimpacts on the others. Online document sharing platform is the product of the information age,and it is also the user’s desire for others the result of lessons learned.The paper introduce the relevant technical of this system of document sharing platform,analyze how to use existing technology to build large systems which can support a largenumber of users access, and how to use them flexibly. The article starts with the architectureof document sharing platform which uses the hierarchical model. Communication betweenlayers is using the interface,which can reduce coupling of system, in order to improve systemrobustness. If System wants to support a large number of users to access, should be used indistributed architecture. Reasonably divide large system into subsystem is help to makedevelopment process easily. Therefore the part of the detailed design show us the documentsharing platform will be further divided into document management subsystem, conversionsubsystem and retrieval subsystem. The subsystems working in parallel. Documentmanagement subsystem and conversion subsystem communicate by PHPRPC protocol. Thisdesign can improve system scalability.In this paper, it provides a solution which from system architecture to the technicaldetails of achieving a document sharing platform. |
