In the all-service mobile communication environment full of intense competition and with the coming of the4G era, in order to enhance the company’s all business operations and service capabilities, mobile operators are currently facing many serious and urgent problems. such as how to integrate the existing decentralized data on the basis of rapid expansion network(both in size and capacity), how to strengthen the lifecycle management and deeply excavation of the network resources. and so on.This research provide a integrated mobile communication network resource management system, which can improve service-open efficiency and flexibility and provide a more favorable business support tool for the all-service competition. Mobile operators can get profit from the the system in these aspects:Improve resource utilization efficiency with overall management of network resources; Achieve unified management of public resources and improve the crossed-management situation; Achieve the upgrade from network management to business management and provide a basis for the application service layer; Support comprehensive applications such as inter-professional service-providing, comprehensive monitoring, comprehensive analysis, network planning etc.Based on the Anhui mobile network situation and actual requirements, throught study the mobile communication system resources and resource management, using TongWeb key technologies, this article designs and implementations an integrated mobile communication network resource management system. In this thesis, the following aspects of work is provided:1. Research mobile communication system resources and resource management, study and analysis various existing resource management systems and network management status of Anhui Mobile Inc., summarizes the current existing network resource management problems, elaborated hierarchical model design ideas of system resources and the scope of resource management.2. Integrated use of topological tools, resources modeling, middleware, workflow engine technology, build integrated resource management basic applications, resource inventory management, topology management platform, resources business process management platform, the Resource Designer, Resource Service Interface six software modules of the mobile communication network resource management system.3. Design and implementation of four functional domains of the mobile communication network resource management system. Integrated resource application domains (service provisioning, resource scheduling, resource topology, integrated query, statistical reports). Resource inventory management functional domains (space resources, physical resources, logical resources, business resources, number resources, basic inventory management, resource dictionaries). Data sharing publishing domain (data sharing, data dissemination, access control, shared services). Basic tool functional domains (meta-data modeling, data import/export, data quality management, template management, system management).4. Evaluated and summarized the performance of the system after it been put on-line, give recommendations for improvement of the system in the future.
