Communication network resource management system as a mobile network OSS (Operation Support System, Operations Support System) data center, not only to provide a unified resource information, but also to provide application support for its various parts. Although the value of the network resources has received great attention, but since the status of the telecommunications companies to network resources is not clear, the lack of global grasp, resulting in the use of resources is unreasonable and can not be effectively used.Network resource management system has become an important means to improve network operators operating efficiency, intensive management of the whole network. The purpose is to establish a set schedule as the core, has a strong management capabilities, automatic verification and update capabilities, and can be closely integrated with other systems in the network resource management system. With the continuous development, after the gradual realization Quanchengquanwang and full life-cycle management, in order to better support service provisioning, security, maintenance, and ultimately achieve enterprise meticulous management, improve customer service, reduce operational costs.This paper presents a based on B/S of J2EE architecture to MyEclipse as a development platform, Oracle as the database server, application server using Weblogic network resource management system. Web front-end application development is mainly used Extjs framework and combined using html, CSS, JavaScript, JSP technology. Development background primarily using Java technology and the use of Struts、Hibernate、Spring Framework technology. Development of the system uses a three-tier MVC architecture, the system will eventually be implemented to include resource maintenance, data quality, resource modeling three modules, and further subdivided into smaller functional network resource management system. The current system has run successfully in China Mobile Shandong, and achieved certain results. Follows:1. Change of resources and production processes consistent, be able to support a multi-disciplinary resource provisioning and alarm correlation.2. Use the unified entrance, global shared network resources, establish a unified view of customer information and network resource management.3. Maintenance interface resources among its resource properties were optimized to improve the data query speed and reduce latency.4. Data verification of data quality reports, and check out the error of their data provide resources to modify and delete functions by the user to decide whether to put in storage.5. Resources for import/export, not only realized the Excel, but also XML to achieve a variety of ways for users to use different needs.
