CMMI-based process improvement for software can not only improve the quality of software products, but also can reduce the cost and on schedule to complete. More and more facts prove that CMMI has become an important standard to measure the ability of enterprise software process.The thesis describes the current situation and existing problems of software project management of china rail transportation industry.
