Design And Implementation Of The Supporting MIS For The Poverty-stricken Employees Of Bazhong Branch Of China Mobile Communication Corp

In the employee groups of large enterprises like China Mobile CommunicationCorp of BaZhong, some employees have economic problems caused by the illnesses offamily, low wages, providing for the elder and so on. In order to service thepoverty-stricken employees well, enhance the cohesion of employees, and promote thehealthy development of enterprises, the labor union of BaZhong mobile communicationcompany plans to design a management information system for supporting thepoverty-stricken employees.For the supporting management information system for the poverty-strickenemployees, its whole processes of the analysis, design, development, testing andmaintenance, are the objects of study in this dissertation. The chief study works are asfollows:1) The research of business process of supporting employees.Through a lot of research on the labor union and the employees, it collects therequirements of the system, including the business, data, function, and performance andso on. Based on the full understanding of the requirements, it arranges and designs thebusiness flow and the data flow of the works of supporting employees by applying thebasic knowledge of the theory of software engineering and software development.2) The research of the architecture of information system.According to the hardware and software situation of BaZhong mobilecommunication company, considering the factors in security and the number of usersand so on, the system will use C/S system architecture. Because of the existinginfrastructures such as the internal network and data center, it can achieve the securityand high efficiency of the system without additional cost; in addition, because the usersof the system are the internal employees or the staffs of the labor union, therefore thenumber of concurrent users of system can be effectively controlled, and eventually thestability of the system can be ensured.3) The research of OO (object oriented) technology.Nowadays, there are many different kinds of object-oriented developmentframeworks, integrated development environments and development tools. After thecomparison of the factors in the degree of difficulty in programming, the efficiency of development, the cost of maintenance and so on, this system takes Delphi as thedevelopment tool. Delphi is object-oriented and it is a kind of visual integrateddevelopment environment, its core is the [Object Pascal] which is derived from thetraditional Pascal language.4) The research of relational database.This dissertation studies and compares the factors of the relational databases in thefunction, performance, price and the dependence of development environments and soon, the studied and compared databases mainly include the nowadays mainstreamrelational databases on the market, such as Oracle、SQL SERVER、MYSQL、DB2andso on. According to the scale of system and the requirement of the data sharing withother systems of enterprises, this system takes SQL SERVER2008as the databasemanagement system.
