The Design And Realization Of Anhui Vocational And Technical College’s Logistical Management System

With the rapid development of the high education and the continuous progress ofscience and technology in China, digital information system for logistics graduallyenters the logistics service, from the word process and statistics of OAS, to the specificaffairs such as apartment management system, asset management system andhydroelectric management system and so on. Logistic management system has alsomoved from a single and extensive pattern to a more fine and detailed one, and fromlongitudinally specific affairs to coordinative and information sharing pattern. In AnhuiVocational and Technological College (AVTC), the logistic management has also beenrapidly reformed and adjusted with the development of school in the managementsystem and operation system. However, the management, service and guarantee oflogistics are far behind the fast development of the school. Except for the simple wordprocessing and statistics works by WORD and EXCEL, other tasks almost take theoriginal service and guarantee patterns. Obviously, this kind of service is backward inmanagement and low in efficiency. In order to change this status, the concepts should berenewed. Especially, modern business management pattern should be taken in theservice operation and management to establish perfect logistic system. By making fulluse of Internet and information resources,“ecological environment” for the logisticswill be improved. Optimized service and guarantee process will effectively satisfy thegrowing material and cultural demands of the students and teachers. The culturalconnotation of logistics in education by management and service will be enhanced.According to the states quo of logistics in AVTC, this paper mainly studies andapplies logistics management system from the two sides. The first is a synthesizedmanagement platform covering the whole logistics service (office Internet). Thisplatform not only releases all kinds of service information but also is the place for thestudents and teachers to express their attitudes about the service and to report theircomplaints and demands. The secondly is the construction of divisional internalmanagement information system of sub-industries management, also called thesub-system of logistic digital construction, such as apartment management system,hydroelectric management system, etc. Its core is to establish a system with more convenient information exchange, higher efficient work process, more reasonablemanagement pattern, opener supervision mechanism and more complete service systemto provide better service for students and teachers, as well as teaching and research withadvanced and scientific methods.
