Objective: The Online Self-evaluation System on Sub-health in China aims to openly release the data information we collected and the analysis results. Meanwhile, net-users can do online health test and obtain health management suggestions.Contents: Using Epidata to input the questionnaires and storing the data information in MySQL Database. The statistic analysis of the data was done by R software and shown by Open Flash Chart. PHP, HTML, ExtJS and other programming technologies were used to realize the network system; Apache was selected as the web server.Method: Through convenience sampling, cross-sectional study was done in six regions around China (Beijing, Jilin, Lanzhou, Wuhan, Chongqing and Suzhou), and the samples have been analyzed by SAS 9.1. Based on B/S structure and Object Oriented Programming (OOP), the Online Self-evaluation System on Sub-health in China was established.Results: The Online Self-evaluation System on Sub-health in China (see http://www.cncbi.cn/subhealth/bmicc) was built with data browsing, health information query, statistics analysis and online tests in order to meet users' needs. After being launched, this system was integrated and embodied by the Medical Data Shared Platform of China.Conclusion: The Sub-health Online Self-evaluation System makes it more convenient for us to do health tests, health check and get health management suggestions. Since it's launching, the system has been under stable operation and attracted a large amount of users.
