This article discusses a concurrent feedback system of customer ideas constructed between Integrated Services Network in inner enterprise and internet platform in outer enterprise. The system can help to collect and analyze customer ideas in time, then provide opinions about the service quality, so the enterprise can monitor their service quality for a long time.This article at first expounds the feasibility and necessary of constructing the feedback system. Then gives a research on corresponding network technique and database technique. At the end using UML modeling language to give requirement analysis, collectivity design and detail design by actual requirements of the system.
