Internet as an information carrier, it is most effective and quickest way to achieve avariety of information exchanges. Platform to promote the success of the campusnetwork, the Higher Education into the information era, especially in teaching,management information transmission of temporal and spatial distance is much shorter,higher education and management is moving to digital, intelligent information era,digital universities become possible.Campus intelligent security systemis consists three parts of information collection,information transmission and information processing, so the design process should belaunched around the three parts. The system consists of data acquisition module, videomonitoring module, alarm module, information processing module and the controlmodule five basic functional modules. Information collection module directly affectsthe reliability and stability of the system, data acquisition front-end features a variety ofcampus security system intelligent sensors and video equipment, is the most basic partof the system; video monitoring module based video surveillance and burglar alarmbased the signal transmitted to the terminal collected via wired or wireless transmissiontechnology monitoring center for processing, information transmission restricts campusintelligent security system performance, provide timely and effective data signal for thesystem; central and core campus security system is intelligent information processingmodule undertake data processing to achieve linkage alarm function. In determining thearea to prevent the situation on the basis of the monitoring equipment to achievereasonable levels laid dispatched fortification, thus forming an effective prevention andcontrol system intelligent.The project is build wireless sensor networks based on the campus Ethernetplatform, network technology, video and audio processing technology, embeddedcomputer technology-based, maximize the use of the campus the existing network. Thesensor terminal equipment is joined to the campus network, and physical objectscommunication. Completion of the campus wireless sensor networks, in order to build asafe campus set to optimize and maximize the integration of educational resources. Itwill exceed the mode of application and management of the campus within the regionrestrictions, digital, intelligent campus and also developed by leaps and bounds.
