In order to solve the above problem, theparty affairs management system appeared which is a representative of e-governmentsystem, its purpose is making use of the modern information technology and networktechnology to realize the party work, so as to achieve transfer rapid change, officenetwork, information sharing height, and improved the efficiency of party work, andpromoted the mutual cooperation, and ultimately brought the convenient services to thepublic. Party work is gradually transferring to the processing platform which uses themodern science and technology means and scientific management methods.In this paper, the in-depth analysis and research has been studied which aims at thedevelopment status of the party affairs management system at home and abroad and thetheory and technology involved in the realization of modern party affairs managementsystem. Conclusion appeared that the system has some of inadequacies which are theparty system in specific environment application meet some real demands, and in thelight of these problems, we design and implement the Jinning of Yunnan province partymanagement system.The party management system involved in this paper uses B/S structure, the workof concrete realization is dedicated to promote on the.NET platform which is theapplication of Internet system, the main application of NET ASP.NET technology as thepresentation layer of Web interaction, ADO.NET technology as a data access layer. Atthe same time flexible SQL Server2005used for structured data storage system providesenough support.Referenced of the existing party system, and discusses in detail of the Jinning ofYunnan province party management system overall analysis, design and implementation,and analysis of some of the special needs of the Jinning of Yunnan province partymanagement system, to do a comprehensive needs analysis, design of various functional modules and database to meet high sharing and flexible operability requirements.
