As communications technology and the rapid development of computertechnology, and types of network topologies, network size, bandwidth, fiber-optic andother places continue to expand to improve the quality of the network will inevitablylead to the expansion of the number of network complexity increased. In this case, weneed an efficient automated network management practices to facilitate different types, different areas, different regions of communication networks, devices and services toeffectively manage.Mobile network systems alarm subsystem in this context came into being. Basedon market demand and industrial technology research and analysis, design andimplementation of this alarm subsystem. The alarm subsystem can effectively protectthe communications network fault event occurs, and timely response to real-timemonitoring, and to make an accurate judgment and positioning, based on the provisionof diagnostic and repair solutions.According to market demand, the alarm subsystem is designed with multiplelevels: alarm entities, simulators, and multi-channel buffered shunt parallel technology, alarm memory, analog NE editors, correlation analysis and testing platform. In thispaper, the design and implementation of an alarm entity, simulator, simulation NEeditor and test platform four dimensions. Which simulator used to simulate thebehavior of an alarm is generated and sent to the alarm event reporting alarmsubsystem into the system piping; editor is by simulating real-life communicationnetwork between different devices in different layouts different geographical reach ofcommunication devices and applications the topology modeling. The warning systemon real experimental data collection and analysis, and various functional parts of thesystem, a separate test, and finally presents the future research program.
