Recently, the development of China’s economy maintained a rapid growth rate, tothe end of2010, China’s economy has become the world’s second. With China’s rapideconomic growth, as China’s economic development leading industry, power industryhas also been considerable development. At present, the grid structure of our countryboth in size and capacity can be ranked in the forefront of the world. From theelectricity reform of view, in the power shortage during the period of planned economy,key management is the security and stability of plant operation, but at present, China’smarket economy development, power enterprises pursuit is realization of shareholdersand stakeholders to maximize the benefits. So the power generation enterprises not onlyneed to expand the scale of enterprises in market competition, more important is tochange the traditional mode of management, improve management efficiency, makeinnovation and Reform in the enterprise. Only by taking information technology as thefoundation of modern generation enterprise can have the market competitiveness in thissituation.The power plant is an intensive process of production enterprises, includingpersonnel, technology, capital and equipment etc.. So how to optimize the allocation offactors of production, personnel, technology, capital and equipment in the bestcombination, full and effective play to their role as the key to enhance thecompetitiveness of enterprises. Power generation enterprise modernization needs isbased on the basis of information, production management and business management asthe core Integrated management system, to the full realization of power plant scientificdecision-making and professional fine management.From the research point of view, the production management system of powerenterprise’s goal was very clear, is the pursuit of full use of management system andproduction management to collect relevant data and information, reasonable to shortenthe production management process, improve the decision-making ability of computerdata, effectively improve the level of management and the core competitiveness ofenterprises.This article contains the following:1.For Power system information transformation, design a system based on B/S mode ERP management system.2.Research status at home and abroad have made a comprehensive analysis. Andfuture trends to do the research.3.Depending on the plant design requirements identified by the systemdevelopment of several major functional modules, including: office transactionmanagement, equipment management, operations management, productionmanagement.4.Details the main function of several modules and code implementation process.In the full realization of the expected target power generation companies, powercompanies can effectively streamline business management processes, reducing officestaff while improving staff quality legal services to effectively reduce production costsfor enterprises to improve economic efficiency.
