With the rapid development of our economy, more and more demand for the energy market, the power plant scale has been expanded. Large power plant unit capacity and a large power plant staff for the power plant information management brought huge challenge, also puts forward higher demands on management. Compared with traditional manual record and the management mode of operation, networking and informatization of the equipment and personnel information management is one of the important ways to improve the efficiency of power plant information management.Part of the small power plant domestic enterprises, due to the weak foundation, relatively backward technology, the management level is not high, the production efficiency of power plant caused a certain influence, even pose a safety hazard. Part of large and medium power generation enterprises have begun to use computerized, networked management system, the model system can effectively improve efficiency of power plant information, to ensure the safety of power plant production and living, the future will replace the traditional hand-written type management for all power plants adopt the information management mode. But now the numerous information management system development platform, the developer level is uneven, lead to one part of system function of the single, flexibility is poor, can’t compatible with other data platform, system development cost is also high. In the face of large power plant management, a single network model is incompetent. To sum up, this article choose to develop power plant information management system as the object of subject.Power plant management information system were introduced in this paper the research background, research significance and research status both at home and abroad, and to determine the content of this subject. Using UML modeling language system model structure, management system for demand analysis of the coal-fired power plant. System can be divided into: login module, information record module, information query module, chart module, database management module, each module according to the system function to distinguish. System USES the object-oriented development method, based on B/S three layer structure design, the user interface layer, business process layer and data support layer. Choose the JavaScript language as Internet software development environment. Play the development of low cost, low development difficulty of advantage.In the system of practical application, the system runs stably, has realized the efficient power plant information management.
