Vehicle Management System Integrated Application Mode Mobile Police

In recent years, with the rapid development of social economy, the number ofmotor vehicles has increased a lot; the basic business application of the public securityhas been extended, more and more updated technologies and equipments have beenapplied to the process of law enforcement. Thus, it is important to build a mobilizedplatform of vehicle management in order to meet the requirement of mobile work whenthe police are on duty outside. It is also a tendency that the information of the vehiclemanagement should be intelligent, systematized, networked and digital, which is verysignificant to strengthen police by science and technology,enhance thecombateffectiveness of public security organs.Based on a comprehensive application system of vehicle management in mobilepolice affair, this paper describes the network construction, terminal equipmentselection, mobile access service platform, mobile application platform, softwarefunction design, and data design, and proposes a solution that can easily enable thevehicle management application to meet the demands of the public security service inmobile police mode.The vehicle management comprehensive application system in mobile police modehas been used in Huzhou City Public Security Bureau. Through this research andpractices, a more complete police service mobile application solution has initiallyformed in Huzhou, which promotes the mobile information technology in the publicsecurity departments.By way of practical application, the system achieves good performance andsatisfies the design requirements.
