Real-time database (RTDB) is the core and center of the enterprise informationmanagement system and also the bridge of the enterprise to realize from equipmentautomatic control to high-level management, which plays a very important role in theconstruction of enterprise information. After entering the21st century, as the release ofthe national encouragement policies on software industry, as well as the domesticenterprises pay more attention on RTDB, China has made great progress on theory andpractice of RTDB and its application requirements and marketing scale has beenconstantly expanded.With the reform of Coal Chemical Industry Company of Shenhua Ningxia CoalGroup Co., Ltd.(SNCC), the request to the information construction of the enterprise isgrowing higher and higher. Enterprise information construction, as a kind of means andbasic tool of modern enterprise administration, which promote enterprise to furtherdeepen the reform, meanwhile, the information technology construction appears moreand more important. For that reason, in2009, SNCC adopted Gigabit EthernetTechnology to successfully build company’s backbone network, the whole network isdivided into14second-level nodes, covering the high speed information network baseplatform of all the functional departments, office areas of each secondary units and eachplant. In order to make the production management of SNCC more scientific,institutionalized and transparent, In order to make the production management of SNCCbe more scientific, institutionalized and transparent, the construction of real-timedatabase system will become the inevitable choice of information management in thefuture.SNCC takes the PI real-time database of OSI company as the core of real-timedatabase system, make the plant of each branch factory realize automatic acquisition,storage and monitoring of the production real-time data, so that to establish completereal-time production information monitoring system.Collect the data from the control system of the production plant, such as DCS,ESD and PLC, and etc., make sure the stable and safety one-way transmission of thedata between control system (DCS, ESD and PLC) and real-time database.The formation of the content of production monitoring management of SNCC is based on the application and development of the real-time database system (screenmonitoring of the plant process、key equipments、operation monitoring system of thepumps、trend graph、alarm record inquiry、tag number parameter analysis、on-lineanalysis of mass spectrometer and production report).Configurate and develop the flow diagram related to the project or reserve tointegrate interface or technical support with other application system(such as LIMS、MES).
