| Because of the low development level, information application in Coal Chemical Industry of China is still at an initial in primary stage in general. Although information construction in some enterprises have got further development, the information level of Coal Chemical Industry of China still needs to be improved.According to the construction principle and the mechanism of MES, analysed the production characteristics of YCCC, in this paper, I designed a real-time production management system above the whole factory. The system mostly includes production-real-time-monitoring module, cost-analyzing-on-line module, equipment managing module and production-event-log module. The system integrated process monitoring datas,and formed its complete real time database.The database can fulfill the need of data synchronization of the production management and dispatching supervision. According to certain processing of the real time data and the historical data, it can help the manager on time watch the production process, analyse, judge,and make a correct command. According to technology integration of the mobile communication, we successfully used the phone message in precaution system.Through researching in this project, we have provided a mature and effective solution for the chemical enterprise using MES, designed a set of general software frames system, it provide a powerful support for the coal chemical enterprise in the international competition strength to further and fast carry out this system in other chemical enterprise,speed up the informatization of China's coal chemical industry, enhance the coal chemical enterprise information management efficiency, reduced the production cost. |
