| The Chinese current Internet network is a second-generation Internet IPv4technology.With the rapid development of networking and mobile technology in recentyears, the problem of insufficient network addresses becomes increasingly severe. Inaddition, the IPv4network has many problems such as deployment, security, andapplications for mobile devices. The IPV6and IPV4are entirely different in design, sothey are incompatible. How to allow users transit to IPv6network smoothly is an urgentproblem.This theis titled " Construction of IPv6network system in Chengdu institute ofbiological " is a project supported by the field of electronic information of the NationalDevelopment and Reform Commission to improve independent innovation capability andhigh-tech industry development. As a CNGI Project Two Works, it is a sub-project basedon the scientific information CNGI infrastructure and application demonstration.This theis describes in detail the technical characteristics of IPV6networks,technology applications, including IPv6works, address formats, routing and securitymeasures.The current three kinds of basic techniques to solve transition problems are studiedand analyzed:1. dual-stack,2. tunneling,3. NAT-PT. Based on the above technical basisand combined with the present situation and future development trend of network, theproper transition technology is selected. Through the implementation of the project, theunit’s network is fully upgraded and full transits to the IPv6network, which is compatiblewith existing IPv4networks.After the integration and application of current nerwork and the implementation ofCNGI project, the entire network and resource are upgraded. The wire user terminalachieve to Gigabit from hundreds of megabytes, the wireless network users reachhundreds of megabytes, and the backbone reach the level of G igabit. The security systemof IPV4/IPV6dual-stack network is constructed by the various ways. It can realize thereal-time monitor and management of network as well as the records of daily logs andnotes. At the same time, it can provide the corresponding FTP, DNS, Web, data centers,video on demand and other types of network service of IPv6-based network. Network user access to the network through the Web certification.Web certificationsystem for the management of user information.Network management systemcan monitor and management of all network equipment.Through the construction of the CNGI project, the overall performance of thenetwork, data exchange, unified management, wireless access, network security,network management, network services of our institution have been improved. We areready for the future implementation of the next generation internet. The project can beused as IPv6application example. |
