Research And Development On Server Traffic Monitor System Based On Dual Stack Protocol Of IPv6 And IPv4

The network traffic platform based on IPv4/IPv6 dual protocol is the inevitable stage of the Internet future development.The sever traffic monitoring technology based on dual stack protocol mode, is the one basis of network security technology and major basis of host safety technology based on future IPv6 protocol platform. The network security technology based on traffic monitoring, is the one main methods of The current epidemic prevention network attack is one of the main methods of the currently prevalent network attack prevention. The reason is that through specific monitoring algorithm, various network attacks can be fast identified, so it is easy to achieve safety monitoring purposes by deploying various prevention measures for the network access.This paper proposed the monitoring algorithm based on the source and destination IP address, which realized the abnormal flow monitoring technology which come from the new IP address through establishing the safety IP address collection that is regularly visited and maintaining common security IP address set.For the complex Protocol packets, this paper also presents the algorithm based on the monitoring algorithm on the aggregation model that analyze the common protocol aggregation using the aggregation methods on the basis of protocol analysis,and monitor the abnormal packets by the algorithm without parameters. This paper developed the Dual Stack Analysis Protocol Monitor System, called DSAP for short, which realized the function of monitoring the abnormal flow and capturing the network packets, which does not depend on specific hardware equipments, detailed analyzed the data packets by the GUI way to show the results and deeply analyzes the internal structure of network packets. The system support IPv4/IPv6 dual protocol platform that can be deployed on the shared Ethernet platform and the Switching Ethernet platform and is suitable to most computing environments. It was good reference to study IDS, firewalls and network audit and network authentication technology.It is for monitoring the real severs traffic proved that the algorithm and system have well do in monitoring the abnormal traffic and further analyzing the detail information on it.It is well done in monitoring the IPv6 traffic.
