In recent years, China's BDS satellite positioning technology is playing an increasingly important role in many aspects of the national economy. With a few BDS positioning satellites, the positioning accuracy is relatively low. At the same time, the development of BDS positioning terminal fails to catch up with the pace of BDS system's construction, which further exacerbates lack of precision and restricts the promotion and application of BDS positioning technology to a large extent.With the popularity of the third generation mobile communication technology and smart mobile terminals, the demand for the use of intelligent terminals to search for relevant information is increasing day by day. Obtaining relevant information anytime and anywhere has become an urgent need for tourists. The BDS/GPS satellite positioning technology based on mobile intelligent terminal can be well integrated into the tourist information service applications. This paper makes a detailed study and analysis about BDS/GPS positioning technology and Android smart mobilephone wisdom of tourism management system whose functions are designed and implemented. Based on the Android platform Compass Travel wisdom management software system, this paper covers the following three aspects. First, extensible, small and cheap plug-in BDS terminal devices are applied in Android mobile phone to achieve self-positioning, which shows a valid solution in mobile terminal tourism system. Secondly, this paper adopts the combination of BDS and GPS positioning data acquisition, and the data processing algorithm is adopted to solve the problem of BDS's low positioning accuracy. Thirdly, this paper uses branch and bound algorithm and approximation algorithm to achieve scenic route planning for which mobile terminal storage space and processing power are limited. According to the data amount, different methods are used, so that a better data processing capacity is obtained.In the end, this paper establishes Android applications development environment for data accessing, positioning accuracy algorithm processing for validation in the Windows. Results show that positioning data processing algorithm compression ratio reached 5:1, and positioning accuracy reached 5m. In addition, the route planning algorithm is adopted to improve the actual verification, and the simulation results demonstrate that the power of planning and processing is better than single algorithm.
