Research And Implementation Of Android Client Of Enterprise Information Management System

With the rapid development of enterprise informatization, information becomes more important for enterprises. Information management ability is also becoming an important indicator for measuring the competitiveness of enterprises. Nowadays, information is updating all the time. How to obtain the information needed by enterprises more quickly and accurately, and how to process information more efficiently, those problems have been focused by every company.Now, traditional enterprise information management system cannot adapt to the rapid growth and updating of information. The information management methods are also backward. That greatly limits the development of enterprises. In view of defects of the current enterprise information management system, and combined with mobile internet technology, an Android client of enterprise information management system is put forward to satisfy enterprise managers’requirements of mobile office.In view of defects of a certain enterprise informatization, we analyze the requirements of the system client at first. Five services are put forward and analyzed in detail. They are tasks, messages, reports, contacts and configuration. We also analyze non-functional requirements of the system client in terms of security, usability, etc. Then we design4-layer architecture of the system combined C/S and MVC. We analyze each layer’s characteristics and main functions, and also analyze main function modules’business process in system client. We design some functions for communication between client and server such as data encapsulation&parsing, encryption&decryption and data compressing&uncompressing etc. At last, all functions of the client proposed in the requirements phase are implemented on Android platform. The client can communicate and interact with the server well. By software testing for the client and system, we test and verify functions of client and related constraint conditions of performance requirements.In conclusion, by analyzing enterprise informatization management software, we design and implement an Android client of an enterprise informatization management system. The client can satisfy mobile office requirements of enterprise staff and improve information management ability effectively. It reduces communication overhead and at the same time, increases communication speed and enhances its security between server and client.
