The Design And Implementation Of Affairs Public System For Local Government

At present, the government affairs public, in our country’s laws and regulations, also did not give a clear and provisions. In the process of socialist development, government is the inevitable outcome of its democratic politics development, and is the inevitable requirement of building democratic politics in our country, is also an important means of building efficient pragmatic, diligent and honest government. For China in the period of transition, government affairs public is both the need of democratic politics construction, is also the basic requirement of perfecting socialist market economic system.In this paper, according to the characteristics of the local government affairs, a local government administrative public system is designed and developed. Paper first introduces the development of system design and the related technology, determine the using J2EE technology and MVC technology, application system B/S structure to construct. Then the system demand analysis, this paper expounds the system’s functional requirements and performance requirements. According to the requirement analysis and system design principle, system general structure, logical architecture, network architecture and so on has carried on the overall design. On this foundation, applying the technology of J2EE and MVC implementation, the construction of the system is to solve the information exchange service design, data sharing mechanism and strategy and key problems such as access control mechanism and the design and implementation of the key subsystems in detail in this paper. This system will be to implement "government affairs public" to provide a reference, in order to achieve the transformation function, enhances the working efficiency of the government.
