Design And Implementation Of The Reporting System For Research Projects Based On JavaEE And Workflow

With the development of society and science and technology, the scientificresearch work has received more and more attention, and the teachers in colleges anduniversities as a high-end talent group in the society occupy an important position inscientific research. How the colleges and universities should manage the large amountsof scientific research data in an efficient, standard and safe way has become an urgentproblem for them. The design and implementation of a college scientific research workmanagement system is the only way for the colleges and universities, and is animportant part of college information construction, so in this paper, the JavaEEtechnology is adopted to develop a scientific project declaration and approvalmanagement system.On the actual situation in practical work, a system is developed for theinformational scientific research management in Zhejiang Industry Polytechnic Collegein this paper. The system mainly depends on the workflow management technology,which carries out workflow modeling on project declaration, result declaration andofficial documents examination and approval. First the J2EE and the workflowtechnology are introduced and an analysis is made on the demand of the scientificresearch project declaration and approval system. Second, the overall design of thescientific research project declaration and approval system is introduced, and ananalysis is made mainly on several of the major work processes such as the declarationand approval of project and results and official document transfer and so on, and thenthe detailed functional design of these workflows is introduced, so as to realize thedesign of the business process; Finally, an elaborate introduction is made on the designand implementation of the presentation layer, business logic layer and the datapersistence layer of the scientific research project declaration and approval system.Finally, in this paper, the current results and the direction of improvement arebriefly discussed. Now the system at the testing stage runs in a good condition, whichachieves the desired effects and research target and plays a role in the scientific researchmanagement of Zhejiang Industry Polytechnic College.
