The logistics of globalization development situation, reduce operation cost to raisecontent to shed efficiency to maintain the competitiveness of enterprises is of greatsignificance. Petrochemical logistics enterprise is the fundamental industry of thenational economy and pillar industry, China petroleum natural gas group company eachyear to spend nearly10billion for oil transportation, to reduce the operating costs, toachieve the maximization of profits. In order to adapt to the logistics global challenges,enterprises will be to study how to fall this synergism, increase profit and marketcompetitiveness, therefore, must be through the use of advanced information technologymeans, to effectively improve enterprise operational efficiency and scientific sex, makethe enterprise logistics operation period shorten, reduce operating costs, reduce thewaste of resources, improve transport vehicle dynamic operation transparency, improveenterprise management level and competitive ability.Based on the in-depth investigation of petrochemical enterprise railwaytransportation business and management on the basis of demand, in the system oflearning information technology infrastructure, developed the tanker trackingmanagement system. Based on the information resource planning,this paper presentsthe total solution to the tanker tracking management system and the thoughts of theorganization of the tanker transportation.This paper describes in detail the design,construction,system function and implementation of the tanker tracking managementsystem.This system can realize the oil transport vehicles, transport regional allocationmanagement cycle calculation, monitoring, early warning of overhaul plan of railwayoil tank analysis and management, transport status inquiries and other functions. Theuse of the system can be optimized to reduce the logistics cost of transport, vehicledynamic management, increase transparency, improving management level and workefficiency plays an important role.
