And the "discount rate" mentality has been raised creatively, which provides a practical mathematical model of calculating the delivery frequency for the "Material distribution automation software platform", then the organic link between the material supply and the worker will be realized greatly.In the paper, according to the JIT production system and flexible manufacturing concept in logistics management, the more powerful data analysis and management module has been developed based on the "Foxtable" software invented by Jiaxin Technology Co.Ltd Zhanjiang city Guangdong Province. Through the associative technology of establishing the connection table, the work of inventory summary, grouping and cross statistics for the receipt, outbound order and the inventory will be more effective, the quality of data management and analysis will be improved, and the precise management for the various parts on the assembly line will be effectively fulfilled.To sum up, the successful design of the system will play a greater role in promoting material transmission efficiency in the environment like electronic assembly line workshop, and it also will be a useful supplement to the logistics management under the micro environment in the future in our country.
