Because the business enterprise information-based construction pushes forward, the scale of business enterprise information system continuously extends, the business more and more depends on IT system. In the meantime, along with IT system gradually complicated, the request of system maintenance is getting higher. As a methodology and the best practice, ITIL is developing a more and more important function. IT Service Management became a valued of subdivide realm.Postal Information Technology Bureau of Tianjin is technical department of Tianjin POST. It undertakes works of operational maintenance and the construction of a project. How make above each system resources got full exploitation, how make the system data got further excavation, how make each other connection of each system formed a chain, these problem that are eager to working out put in front of us. The perfect management system is built up, the above problem then can basically solve.The production control system would be thought according to ITIL, and combine actual circumstance design and development. Its automation handles routine work, for example equipments management, vehicle management, storage management. It link routine work with ITSM's Incident Management, Change Management and Configuration Management.The article analyzed currently the need and present condition of business enterprise ITSM. And the article contrasted HP ITSM system and this project.The article introduced the business need and function demarcation of that system, elaborated the function of each mold piece in the system in detail. It adopted a need of the method of analysis and design of object oriented system to this project to carry on detailed analysis.
