Inthe mobile communication network, mobile communication base station’s main functionis to achieve mobile users or between mobile users and fixed wireless communicationlink between users and ensure mobile communications base stations and base stationequipment in good working environment is a reliable communication key prerequisitefor the normal operation of the network is one of the mobile user’s mobile phonedirectly affect the call quality is good or bad signal reception and security key to thequality of the user communications. Chengdu Mobile Communication Company ofexisting customers and scale, base stations, widely distributed, species complex anddifficult to maintain the base station, the current ways and means of monitoring the fieldof artificial and inefficient, a serious constraint communication development animportant factor. This thesis has developed a GIS-based analysis system for mobilecommunication base station signals supporting communications base stationmaintenance personnel to complete maintenance and monitoring.Mobile communication network mobile station in a signal from the base stationsystem to provide coverage of the "district", each base station system can providecommunication services to one or more cells. This thesis of "community" as the basicunit of processing, we use GIS in spatial data model, the mapping community will needto analyze the properties related to the district in the attached.
