With the development of Internet, instant messaging software in enterprise officesystem for many enterprises and institutions to staff become an extremely commoninteractive communication tools. Instant messaging software will be able to offerenterprise or business the unit staff open instant messaging services, and onlinecommunication office communication, the message file transfer services such astechnical experience, communication and office functions. At present, the class systemin many large enterprises and institutions to the practice and application, and becausethe enterprise office instant messaging system software has good function ofinformation transmission, message exchange, has become the necessary tools inenterprises and institutions work.In this paper, it developed an enterprise instant messaging system, which couldmake the internal personnel to add friends, single, group chat, transfer files, messageand system messages, and other functions. It also Is conducive to enterprise staffinformation exchange. Achieve the purpose of enterprise local area network (LAN)communication is to make the information communication between enterprise staffmore time saving, convenient, fully, thus greatly enhance the office efficiency ofenterprises. This paper main work includes the following aspects:(1) This paper firstly discusses the instant messaging software as the keytechnologies involved in system development mainly includes the concept ofmanagement information system involves the management of software engineering,software engineering, development strategy and basic theory of managementinformation system development method, system USES the C/S architecture, basicmodel of instant communication tools currently used TCP communication protocols,.NET development platform and muti-thread and socket etc. These theoretical discussionprovides a sufficient theoretical basis for system development.(2) On the basis of the basic theory of system is discussed in this paper, a detailedanalysis of the instant communication software system of system requirements, mainlyincluding system function demand analysis, database design, system safety andreliability requirements and non-functional requirements, to provide practical basis forsystem design and implementation. (3) In this paper, the database design and implementation are discussed in detail inthis paper, using the database technology, and this system entity relationship model, themain database tables, etc., to provide system design and implementation of a data base.(4) At the end of the paper introduces the instant communication software systemto design implementation and testing.
