In recent years, a flow of Instant Messenger appears in our network life-style. But binding various entertainment service and homogeneity of them turns into a serious problem. A product of characteristic or special group-oriented is extremely rare. In this paper, I’m in an attempt to carry out a product for particular region of people to bring them more add-on function they need, those pay more focus on basic function of communication and the reliability of the whole system. Within these system, stability, dominate of the data verify and more detail will be regard. In the letterpress of below, it brings us some current situation of this field at1st part, both its market and technology trends;then discuss something about the C#Language,.NET Framework and these technique that use in this system, and how to do throw the analysis of the requirement of those function of registry, login, change of the state, and how to find your friend in this system. After the analysis of the requirement, we discuss how to change these function requirement into computer language, in this phase, We also use the technique of Software Engineering to analysis the system in the top-down way and incremental refinement to make those function what we need more clear, after all of this, what we think is how to carry it out.In the fellow part of the paper, we affirm the design environment, something we do in the User Interface, also set out some source code of each part of the system. All after that, it’s the sum-up.In this process, I’ll try my best to making full use of the advantages what the.Net Framework brings us, and make the system more stable running with its core and more humanization of its GUI. We look forward it to work as those commercialization ones.
