Application And Research Of Instant Messaging Data-Push Method Based On XMPP Protocol

With the rapid development of computer technology, as well as mobile communications and the Internet led to the mutual integration, GPRS wireless network to make high-speed access to the Internet becomes a reality, so that mobile users can enjoy Internet services. Instant communication is based on Internet protocol applications that enable applications to communicate with users of different devices, with the growing popularity of mobile phones as well as continuous improvement of performance for instant messaging system from the traditional PC, to the phone transplantation improves good condition. And in China’s huge mobile phone users through mobile phones using instant messaging software more and more users. The current mobile operating systems are too closed, the major instant messaging software uses the communication protocol is not uniform, so the real-time communication based on the XMPP protocol development system has good application prospects.The system for enterprise instant messaging needs of the design. System is based on J2EE platform design and development, and then the system ported to the Android platform, so that employees can instantly communicate anytime, anywhere, transfer files. This paper first discusses the XMPP-based message push method, and then the improved method is applied to the instant messaging system.Firstly, for the enterprise instant messaging business needs, as well as enterprise instant messaging business current situation and to deal with the following issues, the instant messaging system based on the XMPP protocol is the good selection.(1) This system is for the actual needs of enterprise development of instant messaging system based on android platform.(2) Due to the instant communication system in real-time, expansibility is very important, so the system adopted XMPP protocol push method as the data communication protocol of the system.(3) The security and the the stability of the instant communication system is vital to the enterprise, like QQ, flying letters and MSN instant messaging system for individual users, message exchange using unencrypted pure text transmission. XMPP-based instant messaging system using symmetric&asymmetric encryption technology to transfer data.After a test run, the results show that the system complete user registration login, buddy management, group management and information exchange and other instant communication functions run smoothly solved with different communication protocols to interact docking problems, get a good user experience, has for practical projects.
