Thepaper combined the business procedure of the resort management, and described theconcept of MIS system, built the MIS of resort management.The MIS of resortmanagement systemmakes hotel management more effective.It can realize reservationby internet,check-out through network. People can also arrange their entertainmentleisurely and freely.The system used the J2EE and the architecture of B/S as thedesign.It marks the arrival of the era of the Internet, which makes the distance educationhas a broad development with Web technology. J2EE technology is released by the SUNcompany which is about the Web programming specifications. It is a completelydifferent from the traditional application development on technical architecture, whichsimplified and standardized the development and the deployment of the applicationsystem and improve the system’s portability greatly. It contains the entire variouscomponents of Web，in service architecture and technology level, which has commonstandards and specifications.In order to provide a lightweight development mode forWeb development,it fully reflects the MVC design pattern framework, reflecting thegeneral developing method of B/S system.The author mainly use the techonology of J2EE to build the system. Struts andHibernate are the main framework for the development of the system, which providemuch ready-made message of mechanism and make the development of B\S systembecomes more efficiently which based on agile development and the requirements ofsoftware engineering. Hibernate framework made the model layer separated intopersistence layer and database layer, so that it makes the system much easier to beintergrated with other system or middleware. The structure makes the application whichdeveloped by J2EE become more diverse, it also bring much free way for softwaredevelopers.The paper introduce the early requirement analysis, the outline design, the detailed design, the final test of the system in accordance with software engineering. Finally itmade some recommendation about some improvements on the system.
