The University Employment Management System Based On J2ee

With the rapid increase of the number of graduates coursed by the continuous increase of the high education student enrollment, the employment pressure is more and more serious. Furthermore, the employment viewpoint has transferred from the "government-planning assignment" to "two way choice and independent option". In order to promote the employment, enhance the career plan design, strength the connection between the employment office, employer and student, and improve the work efficiency, it is very necessary to build a science and effective employment management system.Firstly, this article elaborates the background and significance of this research, analyses the status of university employment management system development, and discusses the main problems and concrete needs of university employment management system. Secondly, based on the models build with the UML, use case diagram, class diagram and sequence chart, this article analyses the main function modules of the universitv employment management system. Thirdly, according to the system need analysis and static model, this article designs the system’s database and realizes tht data synchronization with the sharing database. Fourthly, it designs the system’s architecture with the J2EE from the client layer, web application layer, business layer to EIS layer, gives the detail design of the system’s main function modules. At last, this article introduces the deployment and test of the systems.After a period of time used on-line, the university employment management system is running well. It provides a fast, accurate and smooth platform for the graduates, teachers and employers, which promotes the management and distribution of employment information, improves the work efficiency. This system’s construction gives certain reference to other similar system.
