| The Ministry of Education launched a series of evaluation work of colleges anduniversities to strengthen their connotation construction and improve talents’ qualityand their features. Such as evaluation of undergraduate education levels, highervocational college talent cultivation evaluation, the evaluation of civilization foruniversity and the evaluation of the work of Party Building. In order to meet theevaluation work, many colleges and universities establish the informationmanagement system of evaluation materials. But these information managementsystems are not perfect because of the efficiency of information classification andinformation storage. In order to solve the above problem, this paper put forward theoptimization strategy of information classification based on multi partition andmultiple list strategy by Ajax technology and the optimization strategy of informationstorage based on the Raid5standard. Experiments show the method we outline cansignificantly improve the overall performance of the information management systemof evaluation materials.The main work for the article is below:1. It introduces the software technology such as ASP.NET and database such asAccess, Oracle, Sql Server which were used for establishing the informationmanagement system of evaluation materials. Meantime, it introduces the reasons ofusing the Sql Server database to establish the information management system ofevaluation materials in this paper.2. Considering the actual situations of colleges the author worked in, itintroduces the background, demanding analysis, outline of design and runningconditions of the information management system of evaluation materials.3. It put forward the optimization strategy of information classification based onmulti partition and multiple list strategy by Ajax technology and the optimizationstrategy of information storage based on the Raid5standard.4. Experiments show the method we outline can significantly improve theoverall performance of the information management system of evaluation materials.At the same time, it introduces the safety precautions and management of systemdata. |
