| The main content of this paper is designed on marketing management strategyof the Have Fun DM magazine. To begin with the conception of DM magazine and thetheory of marketing management, the author firstly discusses on marketing status of thejournal, analyses the marketing problems, studied the present management situation,surroundings and current problems according to themagazine itself. Using SWOT method to analyze the opportunities and threatens whichthe magazine facing, put forward some problems which needed attention further more. Theauthor made the relevant strategy of target marketing through the product orientation of thejournal, and made the final discussion on how to guarantee and implement marketingmanagement strategy of the Have Fun DM magazine.The paper focus on the product positioning and value of the Have Fun DM magazine,definite the marketing management strategy, to enable them to seize the domestic market,toplay a positive role in group communication, business people and each big small andmedium-sized enterprise in Dalian city. Hope to better promote the cooperation betweenDalian traffic radio station and the Have Fun DM magazine, create it to be the famousbrand. |
