As the most Successful mass magazine in China,《Zhiyin》 magazine was established by the Women’s Federation of Hupei province. The circulation of 《Zhiyin》 is high and there are a large number of audience. But in nowadays, the tendency of small minority audience and differentiation is more and more obvious.The new media——such as Wei-bo——is growing very fast.The new reading Platform, just like cellphone、tablet PC、E-book are more and more popular.As a magazine which has30years of history,《Zhiyin》 is now facing a great challenge——no matter from the form or from the content.《Zhiyin》magazine must reform its marketing strategy, to keep the audience from outflowing and have a new developing opportunity.This paper is base on the"4P"theories of marketing strategy and the study of the questionnaire. Studying from SWOT method to analyze the Product、the Price、the Place and the Promotion of 《Zhiyin》 magazine.From the result of the study, just give some useful advise to 《Zhiyin》 magazine.
