The Design And Implementation Of Administrative Institution Bank Account Management System

With the development of Internet technology, many sectors’ information technologies spread in our country. The number of enterprises’ staffs increases while the enterprises expand, especially administrative institutions.Large number of employees causes a considerable problem in the payroll.The traditional way of payroll takes a lot of time and manpower to carry out the liquidation and payment of wages which is also inconvenient.A more comprehensive administrative institutions bank account management system should be developed to effectively manage the administrative institutions of the bank account,knowing the origin and destination of the funds and increasing transparency of administrative institutions’ fund projects.Object-oriented Java language is used to compile. SSH technology framework is used to design the overall function and SQL SERVER2008is used to design a database which accomplishes data storage.SSH technical framework which is Struts framework, Spring Framework and Hibernate frameworks.With the help of J2EE which contains various of components, technology level and service structure, the compatible mode of the administrative institutions bank account management system is realized. In the usage of the system, SSH technology framework works as a secure shell protocol built in the application layer and the transport layer which is able to encrypt data transmitted in the Internet and increases the transmission rate.Struts technology allows the system’s pages and logics separated from each other.Hibernate technology realizes the data connection between systems and database. Spring technology can help solve the complex issues of application development encountered in the system.Furthermore, J2EE technology is able to run on any operating system and hardware configuration which is easy to develop and efficient.Users adding, complementary information, sub-unit management, account reporting, audit reporting, leadership approval, summary function, data import, account comparison, basic information management and personal information management are included in the system. Sub-unit management covers sub-units and sub-units administrator creating.Account reporting function covers account reporting and filled list.Audit reporting covers pending list and reviewed list. Leadership approval includes pending approval list, and approved list. Summary function includes a summary of account details, account properties summary and account purposes summary.Data Import includes data import and error logging while error logging is divided into unprocessed records and processed records.Basic Information management is divided into units of information management and personal information management.An overall system test is done to ensure the stability of the various functions.The implementation of the system improves efficiency of administrative institutions for bank account management which is able to track and record various cash flow’s situations effectively.lt realizes safe storage of unit internal account information, reducing the risk of accounts information leakage and promoting standardization of the bank account management.
