In the nuclear power enterprises, the management of fixed assets affects the nuclear safety and operating result of nuclear power enterprises, so the fixed assets are essential for enterprise production and the management of fixed assets is the core part of enterprise management. But because the nuclear power industry in China is still in the initial stage, the fixed asset management of nuclear power enterprises doesn’t have much theory and experience to follow. EAM(enterprise asset management) is the management system focusing on the capital-intensive industry and based on the equipment maintenance. With so many EAM systems entering into the domestic nuclear power industry, the markets don’t agree with them while the domestic software manufactures just copy the foreign products of EAM management concept and they are more like ERP(enterprise resource planning). The market doesn’t have the software systems completely suitable to the asset management of nuclear power industry.By studying both domestic and foreign advanced theories related to EAM and aiming at several existing excellent EAM products, this paper analyzes their advantages and disadvantages, combines the relevant technology of JAVA EE, uses the 3-layer model of MVC, utilizes the mature framework technology and the data persistence layer technology and carries out the design. In system implementation, this paper firstly implements the system function modules used by the system administrators. By using this module, the users of different roles can be created an d managed. Secondly, it implements the basic data module, which provides the coding data support for the system’s normal operation and maintenance. And then, based on the design of the above 2 module designs, the daily business module of system’s core function is implemented and the multiple user roles of fixed asset management can use this module to finish the form operations, such as adding, deleting, modifying, auditing, annotation etc, of a series of related businesses, such as asset information, asset Stocktaking, asset depreciation etc. Finally, based on the history data gene rated by the daily business module and combining the business demand of users, it completes the statistical report module so as to implement the fixed asset management systems suitable to China nuclear power industry.Based on the actual situation of China’s nuclear power industry, this system solves the special difficulties of management well. After the trial operations, the normal operation of system has obtained favorable comment from users.
