Currently, people are increasing demand for health care, however, the real life ofelderly chronic diseases, high-risk disease gradually younger and national sub-healthconditions continue to affect people’s health and quality of life. T he level of usinghigh information system in Medical institutions is still low, not yet reached the levelof their foreign counterparts. There are some reasons for this situation: the data of thepatient cannot fully use by the medical institutions; within the hospital, thecommunication between hospital and customers is not so good; same patient medicaldata, personal health records cannot be shared between medical instit utions. Mobileapplications relate to the technology of the diversity and complexity ofimplementation, also set to "everywhere" mobile medical obstacles in some way.Some of the current wireless medical information systems solutions is relativelysimple, and cannot really achieve real-time mobile applications, more or less affectedby geographical restrictions; the system also needs to be improved on the level ofintelligence and openness.This study faced by patients seeking medical treatment is difficult and expensive,equal medical services and public health services is still a big problem. The mainwork includes the following aspects:(1) relevant literature, analysis of thecharacteristics of the domestic and international wireless medical informationmanagement system and the inadequacies;(2) a detailed needs analysis and businessprocess analysis based crisis management and using UML object-oriented modelingidea for systems analysis and design;(3) in-depth study based on WCF, WWF twobasic components of.NET workflow solutions and wireless medical informationsystem prototype and tested.The system realizes the geographical coverage of the patient-centered seamlessmobile rounds, critically ill patient management, consultation, drug classificationmanagement, crisis value management functions; ECG detection can make themajority of residents at home, blood glucose detection, and timely feedback of theprofessional, to achieve the "everywhere" mobile medical. The system can reducemedical errors in the use of more humane, intelligent, with convenient, rapid, mobilefeatures.
