In the society that the information industry is high speed and well-developed, messaging between people are more and more convenient.Mobile phone as a new media becomes an important means of access to information increasingly.SMS can spread the important news rapidly;As the development of the Mobile TV and Mobile Newspapers,users may get information by custom and download.Further,as the combination of mobile phone and the Internet are closer,the spreading effect is more evident and bring significant changes in the field of Journalism.In a series of crisis, the mobile phone that integrated a numbet of features of other media had shown strong effect.At the first part of the papers, we discussed that the mobile media have incomparable advantages and application prospect in crisis communication.It can collect informations,monitoring our environment and guide public opinion and so on. In addition,mobile media facilitate communication between government and people more effectively.Nevertheless,the mobile media is a "sword with double-blade",it also can transmit the bad news that endanger social stability to public at short time.Spreading rumors and gossip is one of the main ways that trigger large-scale panic and accelerate the crisis.It is necessary to improve strategies in crisis communication.On the basic of above efforts,the last chapter of this article makes some corresponding improvements.The first way is take some control strategies,including improving the mechanisms for information dissemination,regulation of ethic and morality and management of technology. The second way is promoting mass media play a leading role to ensure the audience's right to know. Third,promoting the media literacy of citizens and enhancing their sense of crises to resist crises positively. At last,integrate the features of mobile media and other ones to establish a new model to take a leading to defuse crisis.
