The Comprehensive Evaluation Of Anhui Province Agricluture Information Service System

Recent years, as farmers’income grows slowly in Anhui Province and the income gap between urban and rural keep expanding," agriculture,farmers and countryside " issue attracts a high attention of all circles. After a synthetical analysis,we find that the stagnated construction for agriculture information service system and the following result of information malfunction, stagnation and distortion, especially the "last one kilometer" problem in information service, has become the bottleneck of Anhui Province’s agriculture sustained development, farmers’income growing and country economic steadily development. By solving this problem, it will have a great meaning on planning urban and rural economic development, reducing urban and rural digital gap and marching towards agriculture modernization and new country in socialism.Based on predecessor’s analysis achievements and taking their useful method and argumentation process, also by combining methods in information science and statistics and applying for systematic analysis method, quantitative and quantitative analysis specification analysis and empirical analysis, on the basis of past agricultural information service system evaluation of research results, taking account of specific features in Anhui province, build a scientific agricluture information service assessment system, and by using cointegration test, grey relational analysis, extended linear expenditure system and other methods, this thesis engaged in giveing a deep analysis and research for Anhui province’s agricluture information service system.Firstly, This article defines the concept of agricultural information service system and the related concepts of comprehensive evaluation, and systematic expounds the basic theories of agricultural information service system from the perspective of the elements,the operation mode and the evaluation process.Secondly, this article applys description of statistical methods to illustrate agricultural information service system development status in Anhui Province by agricultural information infrastructure, agricultural information service platform, agricultural information management and agricultural information professionals.Thirdly, this article based on index system design principles to build Anhui province’s agricultural information service evaluation index system, and then set the comprehensive evaluation method of this paper.Finally, this article gives a comprehensive assessment and research on Anhui Province agricluture information service system by using Analytic Hierarchy Process and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation methods, so as to find its advantage and shortage, and then put forward a series of measures and plans that will improve Anhui province’s agriculture information service system level.
