Research On Real-time Mornitoring System Of High-voltage Switchgear

With the development of national economy, the operation stability and low-cost of powersystem is becoming more and more vital.Traditional post-fault maintenance and routine checkmechanism has gradually appeared more and more weakness,and the real time mornitoring forchecking the equipment has been an inevitable trend.Operation reliability and stability ofHigh-voltage switchgear(HVS),an important device to provide switch on/off function inelectronic network,will have a profound impact on the stability and reliability of power supply ofthe electronic system.To inspect the status effectively,it’s necessary to monitor parameters whichreflect the running status of HVS in real time for a long period.Aimed at faults occurred in the HVS,the dissertation determines parameters should bemornitored in real time,and the paper introduces a solution for online monitor system of HVSwhich based on ARM9embedded CPU,51Mono-Chip Computers and industrial Ethernet aftercomprehensive several solutions used in domestic and overseas market. Furthermore,a videoimage monitor solution based on IP camera is also introduced which integrate the video imagemonitor function and parameter online monitor function for the first time.In the dissertation,analysis is made on certain kinds of common specifications of electroniccommunication,and the data collection terminal software development based on ARM9processor and Windows CE6.0embedded OS is introduced. In the final part,the backgorundmonitoring system software for HVS with main functional module developed by Visual C++6.0is introduced intensively in the dissertation.The whole system has been tested under the existingtest lab condition,and the result has proved that the system well meet the requirement ofreal-time parameter online and video image monitor for high-tension switch cubicle.
