This article is attempt to explore the transformation and integration of journalistic professionalism in the Chinese context, which is based on "Finance and Economics" magazine. We also want to know the change, difficulties encountered and future prospects of journalistic professionalism under the influence of the political, market, culture and new media. According to previous studies, some scholars believe that the history of journalistic professionalism of China can be traced back to the early20th century. Journalistic professionalism was born in the context of the era of American liberalism, in which time the press was in order to get rid of the social manipulation of political parties and businessmen. The press exposed muckraking in order to prompt the birth and enforcement of new law, which has promoted the democratic process in the United States and waked up the consciousness of the people. In the30years of reform and opening up, many journalists have participated in the reform process of the Chinese society actively. There is no doubt that people in the "Finance and Economics" magazine are active participants. Therefore, we select the "Finance and Economics" magazine as the object and study its content production and management in China’s political and social background? In this process, how people in this magazine practiced objectivity, independence and neutrality of journalistic professionalism to serve the public interest. At the same time, the emergence of new media has brought a certain amount of influence and impact on the traditional media. In the context of globalization, how to maintain an objective, independent and accurate are both an opportunity and a challenge.This article is divided into a total of six parts. The first chapter is the introduction, which includes the background, methods and the significance of the research. In addition, there are previous studies of journalistic professionalism of the "Finance and Economics" magazine. In the second chapter, there are the past and present of journalistic professionalism. We’ve introduced the process and main content of Western journalistic professionalism. journalistic professionalism in China’s current academic research and difficulties in practice. The third chapter includes the founding and development of the "Finance and Economics" magazine. We have discussed the background and the needs of the economic and social development of the "Finance and Economics" magazine in the process of Economic News development. At the same time, we have discussed the birth and development of the "Finance and Economics" magazine, and we also have analyzed the reasons for the change of its personnel. In the fourth chapter, we have analyzed the content production and management of the "Finance and Economics" magazine in its practice of journalistic professionalism. Besides, we have tried to analyze the integration and transformation of journalistic professionalism in both influences. In Chapter5, we have discussed journalistic professionalism of the "Finance and Economics" magazine under the influence of political, economic and socio-cultural and new media in Chinese context. In the context of the highly controversial, the objectivity, independent and neutral of Journalistic professionalism are facing challenge. This article will give some advices on the ways to deal with these difficulties in the Chinese context.
