The Real Estate Reports Explore In The Context Of Journalistic Professionalism

Real estate in the economic life occupies an important position, involved in finance, stock market, fiscal and taxation. It is relating to land, building materials, labor, and other industries, the internal relations are complex. With the development of the real estate, there are number of problems, which covering economic, social issues. Real estate problems are affecting people's livelihood.This paper intends to explore the context of journalism and the characteristics of the real estate reports, problems and deficiencies which exist and put forward suggestions for improvement. This Paper tries to analyze the newspaper reports based on the principle of journalism, by the methods of literature analysis, content analysis and text analysis with the focus on China Real Estate Business, New Real Estate and Beijing Youth Daily·GuangSha Time. First of all, list the features of the reports. The study found that professional media coverage biased elitist model and commercial model, newspapers for city use of the principle of moderation. Then this paper intends to rethink the problems existing in the real estate reports, and gives a detailed analysis, in allusion to typical cases.In conclusion, this paper suggested that report on real estate in the future may set up public space, give more control soft articles ,pay more attention to the livelihood issues, handle the relationship correctly with the real estate business, improve news media practitioners' professional knowledge and strengthen the economics knowledge. In order to strengthen the role of media, take up their social obligations and serve the public interest.
