In coal mine production and construction process, in order to ensure coal minesafety production, we must use drainage facilities to discharge mineral water whichcontinuously collected in underground immediately. The mine drainage device isenergy-consuming intensive, so using reasonable selection method to chooseappropriate pump and pipe, designing pump room reasonably and drawing pumpcharacteristic curve reasonably has great significance in reducing energy consumption.In current situation, traditional artificial selection system has huge workload, complexalgorithm calculation problems. Single machine selection software has outdatedtechnology problem and it is unable to meet the practical demands of users. Onlineselection system is difficult to realize pump room designation and characteristic curvedrawing.The paper analysises and compares the existing mine drainage equipment selectionsoftware, researches the selection work process and algorithm implementation, putsforward the simple implementation, accurate and new selection algorithm. According tothe existing coal mine safety production knowledge and computer knowledge, based onwindows xp operating system, using Visual Studio as development platform, SQLServer as database development tool, C#as development language to develop thesystem which is based on C/S mode. According to the problem that the originalselection software using fixed picture to represent pump room designation witch can notmeet the actual application requirements.We put forward the method that using VisioaxDrawingControl control to secondary develop the Visio software to realize pumproom designation, and design primitives of all parts for drawing. This paper analysisesand compares various implementation methods of pump characteristic curve, thendecide to use the least squares method to realize. The system combines with Matlabprograming to achieve the water pump characteristic curve, it makes the realization ofcharacteristic curve more accurate, and clearer to users than using the plug-in to realizethe curve based on B/S mode.Compared with the existing selection system, this system algorithm is more simpleand the system function more powerful. Especially the pump room graphicaldesignation and the realization of characteristic curve avoided using plug-ins and the images display problem with different browsers, this makes the graphical systemdesignation more human, simplification and it solved the problems of complex graphdrawing in same kind softwares.From system analysis, system designation, system programming and other aspects,this system discusses the realizing process of mine drainage equipment selection system.According to the software development process and user actual requirements, we useactual case to test the completed system, to confirm the availability of the system.
