Research And Development Of The Pump Selection And Sale System Based On The Web

In this study, based on the summarization of pump selection softwares and on-line pump selection systems, and considering the actual requirements of engineering and the "Torch Project" item of Jiangsu province-the new type of high efficient Mechanical and Electrical Integration sewage pump (project_id: H2005350), an on-line pump selection and sale system was designed and developed. The main work is outlined as following:1. Aiming at developing "the net share for software and electronic pump catalogs", web-based pump catalogs module, on-line pump selection module, leaving message module for customer and system's data management module were set up, by using "user-oriented software" as Teaching guidelines; And then, an initial on-line pump selection and sale system was set up.2. A calculation model of pump performance was set up, and the pump performance curves' evaluation equation was fitted by using least -square method. Then, on the basis of mathematical statistics theory, Excel is used to do error analysis about the fitted equation and check about regression effect. The check result shows that by using least-square method to fit equation, the fitted equation is significant.3. Based on the result of requirement Analysis, B/S structure is built. TCP/IP as network transmission protocol, Windows XP operating system and MicrosoftⅡS server are chosen. The software development circumstance was built on. NET Framework and Visual Studio. NET, ASP. NET as proscenium development tool (using VB. NET as development language on server, VBscript, Javascript as development language on Client) and SQL Server 2000 was used to set up and manage database. Using ADO. NET to connect to database, new edition of Microsoft Windows GDI+ to draw dynamic image and the selection result can be shown actively. Realizing a system including Piping System Calculation, web-based pump selection, pump performance curves and data sheets, dynamically drawing pump curves, downloading selection result and dynamically creating net order.4. By collecting pump catalogs, a pump catalog database was established.5. The security of system is insured by setting up an initial safe system, that is, end user registration system, only through login-page, the end user can login into the system, and the warrantless person can not connect to interrelated function modules.
