Medium torealize the value of transmission, on the one hand, the news value passed to the audience, letthe audience can maximize the knowing, understanding and use of new information, realizethe whole process of communication, embodies the enlightenment function of mass media;Transfer process of news value, on the other hand, media, and passed the mainstream values,cultivation and curing of the cognitive process of the system of socialist core values.In TV programs, especially in TV news programs has been increasing its attractingaudience, demonstrate its core competitiveness, for the discussion of news value has becomea required course for the media. In this paper, the news value concept is involved as the objectof the news to the needs of individuals, groups, society or country has positive significanceand must be satisfied. News for the size of the value and its value, not only depends on theperformance of the news itself, and depends on the need of a certain subject, whether it canmeet the needs of the body depends on the news and meet the degree. Through the national holiday in2013CCTV "news studio" as acase, in view of the current "golden week" traffic TV news has carried on the detailed analysisof existing problems, using the method of literature review, qualitative analysis andquantitative analysis methods, such as, put forward some solutions.
