The Survey On Humanistic Care Of News Media In Wenchuan Earthquake Reports

Humanistic Care is inseparable from the mass media. news coverage of humanistic care mainly refers to attention of the news media on the state of human existance and contentment of human dignity and human nature. After the Wenchuan earthquake, the reports of the news media from contents and forms embody humanistic care to a certain extent. However, the deficiency of humanistic care can not be ignored either. In this paper, we probe the humanistic care of mass media in Wenchuan earthquake reports through proposing principles of humanistic care, and hope it can provide some references for the humanistic care and ethical issues in the futural reports of disasters news.
